We are the leading carers’ support organisation in the London Borough of Harrow.

This year, we will have supported over 3,000 carers and their families.

We provide a holistic service for carers of all ages to help improve their wellbeing and resilience so they can continue to care without compromising their health and social inclusion. Currently, our services and projects are:

• Mental Health Carers Service

• Carers Health & Wellbeing Service

• Respite breaks

• Older carers specialist support [over 65 years]

• Young carers specialist support [5-25 years]

• Novus HomeShare (matching people to provide ”live-in” support)

• SWiSH Advice

• Weekly Foodbanks.
