SALVE's PERSONAL MESSAGE

The young people staying at our residential site will be taking part in a 4 hour, non-stop aerobics session on Thursday 12th September 2024.

Aerobics is something the children love to do - keeping both their minds and bodies healthy and a key part of rehabilitation - but this 3 hour non-stop-session will be a fantastic challenge!

For anyone who has ever done an aerobics class you will know that by around 30 minutes in you're pretty exhausted, but these young people are going to do 4 hours and in the Ugandan heat.

We would love it if you could show them your support to help keep them motivated in this hot and tricky challenge!

Every penny raised will support young people, like them, to have brighter futures away from the dangers of the streets.
